Etiquette
We are striving to be a club that puts Christ at the center of all that we do. This does obviously raise a few issues:
Do I have to be a Christian to play? The answer is no, you don't, and we encourage people from all walks of life to come out and join us, regardless of race, sex, creed, or favorite television show.
In-game etiquette. We're all human, and at times, in the heat of the moment we may get angry during play, but while you're playing with us, we ask that you not use profane language. One of the reasons we began FLCP was to get away from the profanity that prevailed at non-Christian games. We also realize that in the heat of the moment, you may slip up. Please, just respect others enough to apologize and move on. No one will think less of you.
Along with in-game profanity, we would like people to refrain from using profanity between games, ie street-talk. I don't need to provide you with a list here... if you wouldn't say it around a small child, please don't say it out here. We appreciate you respecting our wishes on this topic, it makes for a cleaner play environment.
Referees. We don't have them. Bearing this in mind, we expect everyone to play honestly and fairly, calling themselves out of a game if paintballs break when they are hit. Pretty simple.
Alcohol. We will not be allowing alcohol of any sort to be consumed on the premises, please respect our wishes here. |
