As you might expect, there are some costs involved in keeping FLCP's field, equipment, and supplies operational and ready to use at a moment's notice. This year as well we have to consider our insurance costs as more people join the club, there is always the risk of injury, though we take every precaution to prevent it. This information is being posted to inform players of our club's initial set-up cost, our continual operating expenditures, and why we will be instituting a minimal cost-per-game structure to cover field operating costs. The breakdown is as follows:
- Club Members:
$10 Club Fee per person per day for club members with their own equipment. This fee includes all-day air fill for tanks and applies to all club members.
- Non-club Members:
$20 Fee per person per day for non-club members with their own equipment, which includes all day air. After paying for 4 games as a non-club member, an individual can pay club member pricing if he/she had stated that they wanted some of their fees to be applied towards a club membership.
- Players needing "loaner guns":
$15 Loaner-marker fee for members (this includes field fee) and $25 for non-club members (this also includes field fee) who wish to play but who don't have their own paintball marker. Be advised, we currently have 10 loaner markers and they are available on a strictly "first come, first served" basis. If you need a marker, you need to call or email us as soon as possible.
- Paint:
This year we have ordered our paint from a distributor in Canada who gave us a wonderful price on it. The paint has been tested and is of very high quality. Players who choose to buy paint from us will only pay $7 per bag of 500.
- Club membership fee:
A fee of $40/season is required to secure that status, and the club member pricing that goes along with it. This membership fee largely goes to pay for necessary insurance for operating a paintball field on private property, and anything left over goes to recouping costs on equipment.
Continual Operating Costs: Players who have paid money to the club may view a copy of our club's financial log book at any one of our games with a prior request. |
