Welcome to Our Club's Fourth Season!
Our June 27th game day was a great day! We had great weather, some new faces, and a lot of fun! Though we missed shooting Dale (we hope you feel better), we hope that everyone can agree it was a good day. We even started game play just about on time! We will be posting pictures, and will also be discussing night games soon... Thank you to all who came out, helped set up, and helped take down... it really makes the day run smooth when everyone chips in! We hope you all have a safe and happy 4th of July weekend, and we are look forward to seeing you all at our next game!
Reminder: Monster Ball Paintballs are not allowed to be used at Finger Lakes Christian Paintball due to safety concerns!
Our fourth game is scheduled for Saturday, July 11th, 2009 with the first game of the day starting at noon. If you are planning on playing, please use the Game Signup Form located under the Game Info tab. Our club's mandatory safety speech will start promptly at 11:30 AM and is required for everyone that plays at the field. Please anticipate how much time you will need to drive to the field, check in, get rentals (if needed), set-up your own equipment, and chrono your marker (our field chronos at a MAX/Never Exceed rate of 260 fps). Additionally, we do not allow players to use full automatic or ramping on their markers. All of this should be completed prior to the safety speech at 11:30 AM. In order to save set-up time and maximize our time for playing paintball, please make sure that your markers are in working order and properly adjusted (no full auto or ramping) before you arrive at the field. We will have paintball waivers printed out for all players to sign (once each season) with all players under 18 years of age requiring a parent/guardian's signature to play. Please see the following section about paintballs, as you will no longer be reserving paint like you did in prior seasons. Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages in addition to glass cleaner and papertowels to clean off your masks and markers in between games.
Paintball Info (Updated 5/24/09). FLCP will no longer be offering paint at the field for purchase, unless you are purchasing a rental package. Please note, a second bulk paintball purchase will be made around the 5th to 6th paintball game (please check FLCP calendar for the approximate date) to order paint for the second half of the season. Not sure if you will be out to the field alot this season? You can order as little as one case (2000 balls) of this high-quality paint and get a much better deal than you'll find in stores. Anything you order now will easily last through the whole season just in case you cannot make it back to the field for awhile.
